The Eureka Kindergarten classes walked on the riverwalk, completing a scavenger hunt using their 5 senses. Students looked for animal tracks, listened for wildlife and water, smelled and touched flowers and plants, and more! The students then ate their lunch and discussed and shared their findings. It was a fun day!

Recently the survival science took their annual backpacking trip into Swisher Lake. The students hiked and explored the area identifying and collecting native plants. They also fished and made dinner over campfire. It was a beautiful day and evening for the students. Ten students participated and Mrs Pacella is glad to say they all survived!
